FORT MILLS, S.C. — A-list celebrities will sit down for backstage interviews on Laura Ashley home furnishings from Kincaid Furniture during a television special called “Frosted Pink,” airing on ABC at 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, at 4 p.m.
The show is aimed at raising awareness of cancer, which affects one in three American women.
Laura Ashley is a sponsor, and the special will feature an on-camera interview segment titled “Backstage with Laura Ashley,” in a setting showcasing Laura Ashley home furnishings from Kincaid Furniture as well as other home décor products from the Laura Ashley brand, including fabrics by Kravet.
“Frosted Pink” will feature musical performances Rascal Flatts, Olivia Newton-John (breast cancer survivor), Joss Stone, Anastacia (breast cancer survivor), Babyface and Heart. Also on tap are figure skating routines by Katarina Witt, Kristi Yamaguchi, Oksana Baiul and others, and celebrity appearances by Sharon Osbourne (colon cancer survivor), Marg Helgenberger, William Baldwin and more.
“It’s as important to raise awareness about women’s cancer as it is to encourage individuals to get involved,” said Hope Gough, marketing manager of Laura Ashley.
After airing on ABC, “Frosted Pink” will be rebroadcast on the Style Network four times in October.
