Designer Wilson teaming up with The RoomPlace at Harlem

Retailer will conduct Decorating Dollars Sweepstakes

LOMBARD, Ill. — Celebrity interior designer Doug Wilson will headline a new promotion at retailer The RoomPlace at Harlem Furniture called the $25,000 Decorating Dollars Sweepstakes.

Wilson has been on TLC’s “Trading Spaces” television show and has hosted the network’s “Moving Up” and “America's Ugliest.”

On Nov. 10, he’ll make an in-store appearance from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at The RoomPlace store at 2575 N. Elston Ave. in Chicago. He will greet fans and will give three grand prize winners a personal decorating consultation, helping them create the perfect look for their homes with merchandise from The RoomPlace. Three grand prize winners will receive a $5,000 shopping spree and 10 additional winners will win $1,000 in merchandise.

No purchase is necessary to enter. Through Nov. 5, the public can register to win online at www.theroomplace.com or in person at any one of The RoomPlace’s 19 stores in Chicagoland and Indiana.
