Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, December 9, 2013
Dallas - In 2004, Loloi made its debut in the home decor industry. Ten years later, the Dallas-based rug and home accessory manufacturer is celebrating with an anniversary party at the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market on Thursday, Jan. 9.
Taking place in Loloi's new AmericasMart showroom in Building 1, space 4-D-2, the party will include live entertainment, catered food, wine and cocktails. Music will be provided by Glow, an interactive eight-piece band known for its upbeat performances and danceable tunes. Click here for more information about this event and other market happenings.
The 14,000-sq.-ft. showroom gives Loloi a chance to display its growing collection of rugs and new pillow collection during markets and will also stay for open daily buyers. It will open at the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market Jan. 7-14 and the Atlanta International Area Rug Market featuring the National Oriental Rug Show Jan. 8 -11.
"We are really looking forward to the debut of our new showroom," said Amir Loloi, founder and president of Loloi Rugs. "This new space is rebuilt and redesigned to offer a more comfortable and optimal shopping experience for our customers, while also enriching that experience with modern amenities such as a full-service bar, premium surround sound speakers, flat screens and more. Additionally, our new collections successfully mix style and sophistication with unique materials, techniques and a color palette perfect for a fun yet timeless look."
Loloi's new collections, set to debut in Atlanta, include rugs from China and India made of polyester, jute, wool/viscose and smooth sari silks. Whether hand-hooked or hand-knotted, these elegant, classic designs "create timeless looks with modern appeal," according to a company press release. Collections include: Ashton, Barkley, Callie Shag, Empress, Gabriella, Giselle, Pearl and Walden.
