Sauther launches Local Mattress Leads

SPOKANE, Wash. - Bill Sauther, former owner of Banner Retail Marketing, has launched a company called Local Mattress Leads.
The company creates websites for specific markets that feature keywords used by consumers searching for a particular mattress store. Sauther said the business is designed to offer a more affordable alternative for clients than pay-per-click advertising.
Sauther spent 23 years in the home furnishings marketing and advertising business before he sold Banner Retail Marketing to create his new company.
When consumers use websites like BoiseMattressStores. com and DenverMattressStores. com, their search terms naturally rise to the top of search results. These websites are found on the first page of Google and other search engines in every market across the United States, Sauther said.
The primary benefit to the client is that these websites capture leads of consumers who are looking to make a mattress purchase immediately. Viewing advertising on this page will allow potential customers to see information about a certain mattress store in the form of a link to their website, a landing page on the Local Mattress Leads site, or a savings coupon ad, according to Sauther.
He said he offers an easily navigated client dashboard that allows each advertiser to manage its promotions and view statistics on previous ad performance.
Each of the localized websites has been mobile-optimized to enable smartphones and other mobile devices to easily access and browse the site, Sauther said.
Local Mattress Leads is more affordable than advertising through Google or other search engines and the results are seen as more credible since they are not displayed as paid advertisements, according to Sauther. Local Mattress Leads has been designed to create traffic and sell products in local markets, and offers measurable results, Sauther said. Retailers can use those results to improve their marketing campaigns, he said.
The company is looking to partner exclusively with one mattress retailer per domain name/local area. It is offering a 60-day free trial in many regional areas.
