Huggins to guide Coaster’s product development

Has been with company four years

SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif. — Case goods and upholstery importer Coaster has promoted Bruce Huggins to director of product development, a new position.

Huggins, who has been with the company for four years, most recently was a product manager overseeing case goods and youth furniture.

In his new role, he reports to Scott Cohen, executive vice president of sales, and will oversee product development for all categories. Huggins also will oversee sourcing and will expand the product development team. The company said the goal is to create a more uniform process for product development.
