Chromcraft Revington reduces board by two
By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, January 4, 2010
AT THE MARKET — Furniture source Chromcraft Revington has announced that it will trim its board of directors to five members from seven, effective Dec. 31.
Two independent directors, Jack Hesse and Craig Stokely, have elected to retire from the board.
“The board believed that it was appropriate to decrease the number of directors of the company given the company's current size, as well as to reduce costs,” said Ron Butler, Chromcraft Revington chairman and CEO. “The entire board wishes to thank Jack and Craig for their years of service to the board and the company, and for their insight and guidance, especially during this global recession.”
