Escalate Retail launches new Blue Martini version
Software is debuting at NRF this week

SAN DIEGO — Escalate Retail said it will launch its new version 9.5 of its Blue Martini E-Commerce Suite at the 97th annual National Retail Federation’s Convention and Expo this week in New York.
The company said the new software is a comprehensive e-commerce platform that allows retailers to engage customers through highly individualized content and to deliver a content-rich, personalized online experience that the company said builds customer loyalty.
Blue Martini 9.5 now includes support for a retailer’s full cross-channel environment, including Web, call center and store, from order capture through fulfillment, all delivered on a common Java foundation.
“Escalate Retail’s Blue Martini continues to be the e-commerce platform of choice that enables the industry’s most successful retailers to develop loyal, long-lasting customer relationships,” said Brian Dean, senior vice president, strategy and marketing for Escalate. “We look forward to showcasing Blue Martini and Escalate Retail.
Version 9.5 will be available for a beta release on Jan. 31 and will be available generally on March 15.
At this month’s Las Vegas Market, Escalate Retail will show in the Western Home Furnishings Assn. Retailer Resource Center, World Market Center B-1630.
