Industry veterans form consulting firm

Milleson, Mangum, Leander launch Lexcentia

HIGH POINT — Three furniture veterans with more than 55 years of cumulative experience have formed Lexcentia LLC, a management consulting service targeted at the furniture industry.

Before launching the company this month, founders Bryan Milleson, Tom Mangum and Triche Leander held senior management positions for manufacturers and importers including Drexel Heritage, Henredon, Maitland-Smith, Lexington and Bernhardt.

Now, the trio will offer their expertise to help retailers, suppliers, wholesalers, interior designers and other industry-related entities formulate strategies and solutions. Their areas of expertise include imports, supply chain, sales distribution, financial management, information technology, product development, sourcing, change management, sales and operations management, strategic planning and profit improvement.
