Dilsaver joins Tempur-Pedic board

LEXINGTON, Ky. — Memory foam mattress source Tempur-Pedic International has named Evelyn Dilsaver, former president and CEO of Charles Schwab Investment Management, to its board of directors and the board's audit committee.

The board also expanded its size to 11 directors.

Dilsaver, a certified public accountant, worked in management for Charles Schwab from 1991 until 2007. She also is a director of Aeropostale Inc., Tamalpais Bancorp and HighMark Funds, and serves on nonprofit boards including Blue Shield of California.
