FIT to honor Richmans
Richloom execs to receive Lifetime Achievement Awards

NEW YORK — Fred Richman and James Richman, both of Richloom Fabrics, will receive Lifetime Achievement Awards at the 12th annual Scholarship Awards Breakfast here sponsored by the Fashion Institute of Technology and the Home Fashion Products Assn.
The breakfast, which supports the home products development department at FIT, is set for 7 to 9 a.m. on Feb. 12 at Cipriani’s restaurant at 110 East 42 St.
Fred Richman is president emeritus, and James Richman is president of Richloom.
Other honorees are Neil Cole, president, CEO and chairman of Iconix Brand Group, who will receive the Industry Leader of the Year Award; and Arthur Tauber, chairman of Avanti Linens, who will receive the Outstanding Achievement Award.
