HIDDENITE, N.C. —
Veteran industry executive Shea Teague has joined upholstery producer Paladin Inds. here as vice president of manufacturing.
He replaces Tommy Ayers, who retired at the end of 2009.
Teague spent the past 13 years as vice president of Southern Furniture of Conover. For 12 years before that, he was plant manager for Alexvale Furniture.
“Shea brings a wealth of knowledge and experience and will be a tremendous asset to our people and our company,” said Tim Bolick, president of Paladin. “His hands-on approach in these tough economic and retail times will help us regain the momentum we had when Paladin was listed as the 59th fastest-growing company by Inc. Magazine back in 2007.”
