LIVERPOOL, N.Y. —
Top 100 chain Raymour & Flanigan has hired public relations firm MWW Group to head a PR and social media initiative to elevate the retailer's brand awareness, the companies said.
A press release said the effort will aim for “a robust mix of traditional media, blogger outreach and social media to target customers, generate consumer conversation and drive store traffic.”
Efforts will target both national outlets and media in Raymour markets in the Northeast. In social media, MWW will initiate activities including social networking and micro-blogging outreach, online promotions and the development of an interactive online newsroom.
