Intercon launches Heritage Brands division
Focusing on medium-priced, solid-wood case goods

LAS VEGAS — Solid-wood home furnishings source Intercon is launching its new Heritage Brands division here this week.
Intercon created the division last year to focus on medium to lower-medium price point, solid-wood bedroom, dining, casual dining and entertainment collections, in addition to other unique case pieces.
Heritage Brands is launching three bedroom sets in a program called Solid Classics. Shaker Simplicity is in Shaker styling, of course, while two Louis Philippe sets include subtle hand carving. All are in solid birch.
Eight new casual dining sets include barstools, chinas and servers. Among the collections is a Mission-style group with a sideboard.
Heritage Brands also is offering a custom dining program built in the United States. Its two collections of two-toned sets include one in solid American cherry and the other in solid American hickory. The groups offer custom finish, fabric, table and chair options.
"The programs we have created are a strong representation of our objective to produce quality solid-wood products at the right price point," Dave Pinamonti, general manager of Heritage Brands, said in a press release.
The division is exhibiting in World Market Center A-506, next to Intercon's main showroom at A-510.
The collections are available domestically and on a mixed-container basis.
Intercon has U.S. warehouses in Salt Lake City, Seattle and Lincoln Park, N.J.
