Therapedic merges company divisions

Princeton, N.J. — Top 10 bedding producer Therapedic is combining its domestic and international divisions, servicing both from its corporate offices here.
"It's an exciting time for Therapedic," said Gerry Borreggine, president and CEO of the group. "We are redefining who we are and what we will become in the future.
"We will be operating as one company, with one vision, as one unified team," he added. "This should allow for greater efficiencies and an improved level of responsiveness from the corporate office to the individual licensees."
In a related move, Therapedic announced that it has hired Tim Tyler as the executive vice president for the group. Tyler will work Borreggine and the Therapedic staff in administering corporate programs, both domestically and internationally.
Tyler most recently worked for the Therapedic Alabama licensee in Haleyville, Ala.
Prior to that, he spent eight years in leadership roles with Corsicana Bedding in marketing, sales, operations and manufacturing.
He also spearheaded Corsicana's import program, and has made numerous trips to China in developing product and defining merchandise programs.
Earlier, Tyler worked with Restonic of Fort Worth, Texas, and was sales manager for Spring Air's Indiana facility.
Longtime Therapedic executive Michael Pino, who had been working with international licensees, has left the company.
