Tupelo honors Ramel with sales rep award

Tupelo, Miss. — George Ramel, a salesman for case goods source Orleans Furniture, was honored here with the Tupelo Furniture Market's Manufacturers Representative Award.

Ramel has been a sales rep for more than 35 years for companies including Orleans, Bassett and Englander Mattress.

His territory includes Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Nebraska, plus key rental accounts. Ramel, accompanied at the awards ceremony by his wife, Angie, described his work as building both partnerships and friendships with his customers.
