Denver — Interior design firm and home furnishings retailer HW Home has opened its fourth HW Home store here.
The new unit is located in the Village Shops of the The Landmark, West of I-25 between Belleview and Orchard.
The Landmark development consists of two luxury condominium towers with 281 units, a retail boutique village, and forthcoming European- style brownstone residences.
The new location totals 7,000 square feet and is managed by Pamela Friesen.
The company's warehousing operation is located in Boulder, with store locations in Boulder, Broomfield's FlatIron Crossing, Denver's Cherry Creek North district and now Greenwood Village's luxury Landmark.
The Cherry Creek North unit is HW Home's flagship store.
The new location's architecture was developed by the Denver firm of Mandil Inc. Architect Eric Mandil included ceiling drops, floor patterning, a 14-foot-high onyx counter, silver-leaf coffer entry and back-illuminated accessory walls in the store's dramatic design.
