OmniMount launches home theater furniture

A press release said the new division has seven pieces, focusing on contemporary designs. The company's Edge and Vent products ship fully assembled, while other pieces ship ready-to-assemble.
The line features designs by Karim Rashid, Zach Eyman and Mike Murphy. Functional features include a modular design, cable management and hidden casters.
"We're proud to bring fashionable furniture with critical home theater accents mainstream with this new brand," Eyman said the release.
OmniMount said the line will be offered in boutique furniture shops and on an e-commerce Web site. OmniMount is a three-decade old company. Its president is Geoff Miller.
The company was unable to answer questions at press time concerning where the items will be distributed from, and whether they'll be shown at trade shows.
