Egyptian Home Textile Council Features 11 companies at Home Textiles Sourcing Expo

New York - Eleven Egyptian companies are joining the Egyptian Home Textile Council in the Home Textiles Sourcing Expo, which will run its second edition July 19-21 at the Jacob K. Javits Center.
The show seminar program will include a presentation about sourcing in Egypt. Ashraf El Rabiey, consul and head of the Trade Office of Egypt, will host "How to Source Duty-Free Textiles from Egypt."
The presentation will also give attendees a closer look into the Egyptian economy, the political situation and the state of the textiles industry. Rabiey will also suggest how to promote business among U.S. and Egyptian companies.
Rabiey aims to promote sourcing in Egypt by participating in the Home Textiles Sourcing Expo, saying that "Egypt is definitely open for business."
"This is the first trade show in New York that Egypt is participating in since the revolution and we are all very excited and keen on making it a success," he said.
