UPDATE: Dorya Interiors to show at High Point Market
Will be furniture source's U.S. debut

The showroom in the 200 Steele building, suite 144, also will be Dorya Interiors' U.S. base, a company spokeswoman said.
The company, based in Turkey, plans to create a retail presence in the United States. Its products are distributed in 16 countries in Europe and Middle East. Dorya also exhibits every spring at the Salone Internazionale del Mobile in Milan.
New collections will be introduced in both Milan and High Point this spring. All goods are produced in Turkey, and all are hand-made and made to order. The line targets high-end designers and stores.
The company designs furniture under three collections: Heritage, Contemporain, and Executive. Dorya will add 35 new case good items and 15 new upholstery items to Contemporain in High Point.
"We strongly believe in what High Point stands for in the world of furniture and we're very excited this flagship design center will be open year round to the trade," Doruk Yorgancioglu, chief operating officer of Dorya, said in a press release.
A cocktail table in the line starts at about $5,000 retail and sofas start at about $5,000 plus the cost of fabric or customer material options.
Architectural Digest will host a launch party for the line during market on Sunday, April 18, from 4 to 7 p.m. in the 200 Steele space.
