HIGH POINT —
InterHall at the International Home Furnishings Center has signed eight new exhibitors to permanent showroom space, bringing the number of permanent showrooms there to 12.
IHFC officials said the growing number of permanent exhibitors reflects the popularity of the 64,000-square-foot InterHall space, which is seen as an area within the IHFC where new companies with cutting-edge products could have a presence at market.
“For those (exhibitors) who like that energy, the constant heavy flow of traffic, the openness of the area, there's no other space like it,” said Gaye Outlaw, director of InterHall leasing. “They don't want to show anywhere else.”
The new permanent exhibitors and their locations are Barclay Butera Home, IH-400; Furniture Your Way/Mavati's/Desert Rust, IH-610; Nuevo, IH-211; Kingsley-Bate, IH-111; Go Home Ltd., IH-109; Artesia, IH-105; Thumprints, IH-114, and GrassRoots Imports, IH-101.
They join other permanent exhibitors Bobo Intriguing Objects, IH-602; Noir Trading, IH-300; Julian Chichester, IH-500, and Sunpan Modern Home, IH-511. The permanent showrooms are on the perimeter of InterHall, which is on the IHFC's first floor adjacent to the Design Center and Hamilton wings.
