Eric Rowles joins Planned Furniture Promotions
Becomes national account manager for sales firm

In the new position, Rowles will work with furniture retailers "to help them develop and implement creative business strategies utilizing high impact sale promotions," PFP said.
Rowles, who has worked in the industry since 1985, most recently was a representative for Hooker Furniture. Before that, he worked for Conover, N.C.-based retailer Hendricks Furniture Group, establishing its Naja Oriental Rugs business and serving as Naja vice president.
Rowles got his start in 1985 as a founder of rug sales firm Patusan Trading. He joined L. & J.G. Stickley in 1997, working as a sales rep and playing an instrumental role in the development of Stickley's designer rug program, PFP said.
"Eric brings ... over 25-years of experience with furniture manufacturing, retailing and high impact sale promotions," said Roy Hester, PFP senior vice president of sales.
