HIGH POINT —
Massage chair resource Human Touch is returning to the High Point Market next month with the opening of a 2,000-square-foot showroom in the International Home Furnishings Center.
The new showroom, space H-517, will feature a robotic massage chair that allows users to wirelessly connect to a variety of wellness programs through an iPhone or iPod touch application.
The new application, called HT-Connect, enables users to personalize the new AcuTouch 9500 massage chair after consulting the many educational resources available through the app.
HT-Connect and the AcuTouch chair were unveiled in February and received positive reviews at the Las Vegas Market in February, said Human Touch President Andrew Cohen.
“We look forward to continuing that same excitement for this product at the High Point Market,” Cohen said. “HT-Connect truly responds to the needs of today's consumers seeking a completely customized, professional massage and wellness experience all at their fingertips via the wireless device in their pocket.”
The showroom also will include several other massage chairs, the company's zero-gravity reclining chairs, and several other wellness products.
