St. Louis — Furniture Brands International has hired Steven Rolls as chief financial officer, filling a post left vacant since Denise Ramos left 10 months ago.
"With our executive leadership team now complete, we all look forward to delivering on the promise that Furniture Brands holds," said Ralph Scozzafava, FBI's vice chairman and CEO.
Rolls most recently was the chief financial officer at a privately held environmental technology company that he joined in 2006. Earlier, he was executive vice president for customer management and chief financial officer at Convergys, a provider of customer care, human resources and billing services.
Furniture Brands also announced that Daniel Stone has been promoted to vice president of strategy and business development, reporting to Scozzafava. Previously, he was vice president of financial planning and analysis.
