Goss joins Highland House in VP post
By Furniture Today Staff -- Furniture Today, April 6, 2008
Hickory, N.C. — Industry veteran Parker Goss has joined upholstery and occasional manufacturer Highland House as vice president of sales.
Goss had been vice president of sales for Southern Furniture, a post he held from late 2003 until last December, when he became Southern's sales representative for North Carolina and South Carolina.
Before joining Southern, Goss spent a total of 15 years with Highland House, first as a sales representative and then as vice president of sales, leaving in 2003. The VP post had been vacant since then.
"We welcome Parker back to Highland House," said Tom Staats, Highland House president. "We are pleased that Parker will be joining us in time for the spring High Point Market. Along with his proven leadership skills, he brings us a wealth of experience that is invaluable to our management team and to the company as a whole.
