   This upper-end company continues to emphasize opulent, oversized and highly detailed pieces, including this two-piece sectional with down pillows in silk, velvet and chenille textures and a body cloth by Westlake Fabrics.

   The compact Hollis chair, covered in a textured jacquard with a contemporary geometric design, correlates with Broyhill's SQ1, a transitional whole home collection featuring a mix of natural materials and constructed with cherry and maple veneers.

   Part of the new Jingle collection, this sofa features transitional styling with nailhead details on the track arms and base. Retails will run from $1,199 to $1,299.

   The Sticks and Stones chair comes in Microfiber's Extreme Onyx fabric married with a white microfiber. Retail, $699.

   This contemporary track arm sectional features an almond-colored chenille fabric with geometric accent pillows and espresso show wood.

5. CRAFTMASTER
   2622 Uwharrie Road
   Among the company's introductions is this 79-inch track arm sofa with detailed curves, exposed wood legs and curved side base, $799 retail.

6. UNION CITY
   305 E. Commerce Ave.
   The Nancy collection, in French Provincial styling, features kiln-dried, hand-carved beechwood frames that are corner blocked and glued.
