HIGH POINT — Patti Petty, wife of NASCAR driver Kyle Petty, made a pit stop at the High Point Market this week to promote an effort to benefit the Victory Junction Gang Camp for disabled children.
The camp, about 20 minutes from High Point, is open to chronically or seriously ill children. It offers activities for the children and their families free of charge.
Patti Petty is promoting an effort to urge market exhibitors to donate market samples for an auction whose proceeds will benefit the camp. One of her stops at market was the Ligo showroom, where she met with Eileen Lee, Kenneth W. Huang and Dan Angus.
Exhibitors may contact their building managers, Angus at Ligo, or Ultimate Accents Vice President of Sales Ray Steele to obtain information on how to donate.
