Liberty

Dealers liked the clean lines and small scale of Liberty Furniture's new No. 117 group.

Old Hickory Tannery

Sofa model No. C-800-03 drew attention with its hand-carved frame and elegant French styling. Produced in Egypt by Asal Furniture.

Hekman

The Asher Benjamin collection includes occasional and home office furniture as well as this dining group. The group features cherry solids and veneers with walnut accents. The 48-inch table has three 18-inch leaves that extend the length to 102 inches.

Arin

This coffee table, part of the Irish Coast collection, is made with 100% reclaimed pine with reclaimed iron hardware. It comes in African dusk/mocha and African dusk/espresso finishes.

Linrene

Designed by Robert Ebel, the No. 790 Sophia sectional features D'oro Suede by Dorell as a base cloth combined with Microfibres' new Moonstone. Retail is $5,999.

Four Hands

This light finish from Four Hands was a stand-out hit this market; shown are the Old Java platform bed and concave bench.

Broyhill

The Chloe sofa, part of Broyhill's premium upholstery collection, Opulence, offers a timeless vintage look in a sophisticated fabric combination that includes framed bouquets, petite vining florals and antique rose-inspired damasks.

Archatrive

This coffee table features a frosted crackle finish with an antique board top. The X motif ties in with architectural elements found in many of today's homes.

Riverside

The Escapade entertainment wall system features two pier units with glass shelves, as well as space for components and a center-channel speaker.

Drexel Heritage

The Marcelle sofa was designed to complement the At Home in Belle Maison case goods collection, inspired by French antiques. Retail is about $5,450.

Leathertrend

This clean, curvaceous three-piece sectional in cognac adds pillows for an extra fashion touch.

Patagonia

With sensuous curves, tufted back and flared arms, this sofa from Patagonia invokes a feel of old Hollywood.

Johnston Casuals

Johnston Casuals' Eden group, designed by John LeShane, features a dramatic laser-cut tree design with a new bronze finish.

Theodore Alexander

The Pavlovsk console makes an eye-catching transitional statement with its recessed back mirror centered by a Karelian birch-framed convex mirror.

Taylor King

The 160-inch-long Toreador, trimmed in angel hair bullion fringe with suede strips, is dressed in a distressed leather and embossed microfiber.

Magnussen Home

Savoy, from Magnussen Home, features book-matched veneers on the lower doors and Chippendale-influenced mullions over the glass doors.

Vaughan-Bassett

Vaughan-Bassett introduced a licensed Alexander Julian line this market. Authentically American includes this Meg & Alex dresser named after the designer and his wife.

Lazar

Lazar gives its Lara club chair and ottoman a sparkling look in black and white. The design, by Louis A. Lara, is available as a sofa and loveseat.

Natuzzi

This innovative sofa sleeper is designed with attached back cushions that slide up and seat cushions that slide down to reveal the pull-out mattress. None of the cushions has to be removed or stored. The chaise also provides storage.

Sligh

Sligh's Palm Beach collection features crushed bamboo with solid birch banding and custom faux leather-wrapped hardware. The desk and accompanying case pieces also use Sligh's soft-close door and drawer mechanism.

Largo

The Jackson bed drew attention with its traditional styling and an aged copper finish that helps the piece coordinate with case goods. The bed retails for $599.

DL&S Inds.

This six-piece modular sectional in a Montego ivory microfiber includes a one-arm chaise, one-arm chair, three armless seats and a wedge.

Pulaski

Sterling Heights was the best of three new dining and bedroom collections from Pulaski as it opened a new showroom in 220 Elm. The group features custom-designed hardware modeled after women's jewelry.

Stickley

The Gus commemorative bookcase was produced from a 1901 design. Made with quartered oak solids, each door has 12 panes of glass. The piece also has one adjustable shelf above the fixed center shelf. The first 150 of these will have a plaque with an individual number.

Lane

Lane introduced its fourth licensed collection with Country Living magazine. This bed offers a reversible headboard panel in wood veneers (shown here) and padded upholstery.

Hammary

Hammary Furniture drew a strong response with this octagon-shaped cocktail in its Urban Flair collection. Dealers especially liked the lazy Susan in the center, which is removable and can be stowed on the bottom shelf.

Classic Flame

A solid, black granite top provides the crowning touch to the Annapolis electric fireplace, in solids and veneers with an antique mahogany finish.

Bernard Christenson

The Margaux bed features hand-carved details and a veneer pattern that simulates weave. Veneers include cherry, walnut, oak and white ash burl.

Jaclyn Smith Home

This mini secretary is part of the new Jaclyn Smith Home collection. Available in an ocean blue Chambre finish, it can be used as a telephone or lamp table and is sized to accommodate laptop use.

Klaussner

The transitional Manhattan Towers entertainment wall system utilizes Asian hardwoods and birch veneers.

Euro Style

The Corbusier lounge chair with tri-color upholstered cowhide pad and neckrest has a stainless steel frame and a hammered, black lacquer base. The cowhide is also offered in black/white or brown/white combinations. Retail, $1,710.

Lee

Lee had customers lining up for its new ottomans and benches designed to go with small, interesting rugs.

Flexsteel

Dealers liked the mixed media and functional approach of this cocktail table by Flexsteel. It has a glass top that sits on a wicker box framed with metal corner brackets. The $499 retail table also has a bottom shelf featuring two removable boxes with lift-off tops.

Pearson

Pearson got high marks for this formal, traditionally styled sofa featuring modified English arms with an unusual scroll detail and a tall kick pleat flounce. A lounge chair and ottoman also are available

Feizy Rugs

Overscale florals provide a fresh tropical look in the Cordelia collection, designed by Tracy Porter. Hand tufted in India of semi-worsted New Zealand wool, luster washed for soft hand and sheen. $658 retail in 5 by 8.

Allan Copley Designs

The Bloomington stackable table was a hit with dealers, who liked the contemporary styling and functional elements of the piece, which has a honey-on-teak finish.

E.J. Victor

Designer Thomas Jayne created two groups for E.J. Victor's licensed Newport Mansions line. The pieces draw inspiration from 11 historic homes managed by The Preservation Society of Newport County, R.I.

Star International

Star's best group at market was this Gotham table and chairs. The table is available with a 60-inch-square cracked-glass top or 60-inch-round top. The base features polished stainless steel tubes. The table retails for $1,999.

John Thomas

Rush seats and a deep coffee finish add to the coffee-house feel of John Thomas' Java collection.

La Barge

This four-section Stampede leather upholstered cocktail table sports decorative brass tack accents.

Luana Living

Aviara, a contemporary, three-piece modular sectional with ottoman, offers plush feather/fiber wrapped cushions, accent pillows and large rolled arm-bolster pillows. It's dressed in a sculpted high-low microfiber on dark walnut wood legs.

Ibolil

This reclaimed teak sofa table's rustic styling resonated with dealers this market. It has four drawers that are decorated with simple hardware, further enhancing the dramatic grain pattern of the piece.

Nichols & Stone

This canopy bed is a signature piece in Sausalito, a domestic, solid-cherry group from Nichols & Stone.

Prestige Furniture

The Broadway collection was the hit of market for young case goods importer Prestige Furniture. The group features oak solids and veneers in a Cognac finish with triple molding and bead molding accents.

Simon Li

Style No. 6267, a modern-themed shelter sofa, features floral accent pillows, decorative buttons and a wood base. Dressed in Richloom Fabrics' Leather Miracles cover.

Bentbrook Furniture

The domestically produced Alyse sofa pairs leather and fabrics, with sloping curves for dramatic flair. Retail, $1,995.

Furnitech

The rich, distinctive grain pattern of ironwood made the contemporary Rio console a hit with buyers.

Momeni

An assymetrical contemporary design provides a soft contemporary look in this outdoor rug from Momeni's Veranda collection. Hand hooked of polypropylene with an abrash effect. Made in China, $279 retail in 5 by 8.

American Leather

Designer Louis Lara took a masculine approach, lending body-hugging contours and simple lines to Spinnaker, his swivel-based chaise lounger recliner.

Belle Meade Signature

The Belvedere demilune wine server has an oil-rubbed bronze gallery, wine storage and removable serving trays.

Clayton Marcus

The company took a fresh look at a traditional style with this European shelter sofa, featuring slat arms, skirted bottom and contrasting welt.

Powell

Powell had a hit with this bed from its new Mixter Max youth collection. The urban teen group comes in a silver finish with blue dimpled drawer fronts. It also has accents in shades of green and orange and accompanying storage pieces for CDs and DVDs and a mount for a flat-panel TV.

Lea Inds.

This platform bed from Lea Inds. has a unique double-headboard design. The two back-rests are upholstered while the wood features a brown cherry finish.

Ello

Ello has had success in recent markets with white and dark contrasts, and this Expressions bedroom group shows that mix in a modern flair. The headboard features lighting on both sides.

Stanley Collections

Continuum, a new case goods group from Stanley Collections, blends traditional and contemporary elements. The chair backs and double-pedestal base feature Chippendale fretwork.

Hooker

Hooker's new Shabby White laptop desk offers lots of function as well as style. With a hutch that can take a 42-inch plasma television, the desk is loaded with functional items such as power bars and charging stations.

Sauder

Sauder had a winner with its Carriage House laptop armoire, which features a flip-down work surface and component storage.

Lexington Home Brands

Lexington Home Brands' Palisades oval writing desk, part of the Hancock Park collection, drew kudos for its gorgeous veneer-patterned top, scalloped carvings and Cuvee hardware.

Michael Thomas

Albatros' Baroni Blue/Brown, a velvet-like robin's-egg blue on a ground of dark chocolate, covers a non-traditional wing chair, with a retail of about $3,000.

CR-Home

CR-Home's Havana casual dining set combines a tropical look with a winged back chair design.

University Loft

Loft, a division of University Loft, won favor with Winfrey, an upscale home theater sofa. The sofa is fashioned after a similar piece used on Oprah Winfrey's TV show. It features woven polyester and olefin, brushed nickel legs and decorative pillows.

Whitecraft

The Circles sofa places rings of rattan on a frame of tightly woven cane in a black tortoise finish. The back cushions curve over the top of the frame, providing comfort and style. Designed for indoor use.

Habersham

Habersham made a successful foray into upholstery with a collection called Feathers, which includes the Baron chair.

American Drew

American Drew introduced two bed wall systems this market, with this Sonata group as the bigger of the two. Shown is a mirrored back panel and light bridge bracketed by side piers with charging stations.

Henredon

Barbara Barry's Well-Suited chair and ottoman has a strong masculine appeal with gray leather and fabric.

Copeland

Monterey, from Copeland Furniture, gives traditional Arts & Crafts an Asian touch. All pieces are crafted in solid cherry.

Leathercraft

Sofa model No. 9300, in retro styling, illustrates Leathercraft's skill with combining leather and fabric. Features include eight-way hand-tied construction and a kiln-dried frame. Retail, $4,500.

Butler

This scatter table set is part of the Metal Works collection. Retailing at $299, the four individual metal tables come in a black finish with bronze-gold highlighting.

Marge Carson

The Les Marchés executive home office combines traditional styling with modern function, including storage trays and concealed power ports.

Woodbridge

This 18th-century French hall chest is made with alder solids and cherry veneers. It features fluted corner posts that flank three drawers, which also have fluted details and cast brass ring pulls.

Safavieh

Relaxed traditional styling provides a modern interpretation of a classic Indian hand-knot construction in Safavieh's Agra collection. Twisted wool yarns are vegetable dyed to create contemporary earth tones. Made in India. $2,099 retail in 6 by 9.

Jonathan Charles

Jonathan Charles had one of its hits at market with this five-drawer chest on legs. The drawer fronts feature cathedral mahogany veneers.

Distinction Leather

Style No. 748, a scatterback collage with oversized bronze nailheads, showcases the company's newly introduced fabric assortment, which is intended to complement its leather offerings.

Ultimate Accents

Ultimate Accents wowed dealers with its Myriad circus chest. Retailing at $649, it is decorated with a hand-painted image taken from an old Italian circus poster.

C.R. Laine

This traditional camelback shape gets a supercharged update with a plum cover.

Canadel

Canadel introduced a new chair style this market — a curved, winged back model. The chair is shown here covered with a black-and-white tweed fabric along with a 54-inch glossy white table.

Universal

Universal drew inspiration from the rolling Texas countryside for Hill Country. The trestle table features overscaled urn bases and stretchers along with a planked V-grooved top.

Francesco Molon

Elegant crown moldings and detailed carvings highlight this French provincial entertainment center.

Platt

The transitional style Serenade metal bed comes in a textured antique gold bronze finish called Serenade.

Century

Fleming, a modified wingback sofa, mixes overscaled accent pillows from Regal Fabrics with a pull-up leather from Americraft Leather. Retail, $5,000.

Selva America

Selva America added new pieces to its Solitaire collection, developed in partnership with Austria's Swarovski Co., which provides the crystal found in the drawer handles.

Emerson Et Cie

The Intaglio Parsons cocktail table has a raised veneer pattern, elaborate molding detail on the legs and a high-sheen finish.

Wesley Allen

The Bradford metal bed, which sports a 19th-century design influence, retails for $799

Aspenhome

Aspenhome offered laptop users a smaller scale solution with this customizable Kensington home office. Widths range from 48 inches to 60 inches for writing desks, hutches and rolling files.

Burton James

This 108-inch reverse camelback sofa in Jetset Sparkle from Portfolio combines sinuous curves and dressmaker details in one luxurious statement.

Glen Arbor

This plume shelter bed features pop-out panels for easy replacement of the upholstery.

Highland House

This multi-pillow sofa mixes a touch of leather and a nicely curved arm for a sophisticated look.

Kincaid

This chairside table is part of Kincaid's domestically made American Journal collection. Shown here in an eggshell white finish, it also is available in blackberry, mint green, taupe, summer cherry and raspberry.

Robin Bruce

Robin Bruce designer Tina Chai uses a lively mix of red in an exotic sofa called Joplin, which drew approval from buyers in the Rowe division's showroom.

Legacy Leather International

Rex, a simple, uncluttered silhouette edged in bold nailheads, offers deep seating comfort. Retail, $2,795.

A.R.T.

Bed wall systems were a popular look this market, and A.R.T. Furniture showed that the style can work at upper-medium price points, too. The storage headboard is flanked by side piers, while the platform bed has built-in drawers.

Tradewins

Tradewins steps up in style and price points with this Coronado Bungalow collection. Inspired by Greene & Greene architects from the early 20th century, the 25 pieces of dining and bedroom feature solid cherry with a six-step finish process in honey brown.
