LAS VEGAS - Simmons says it is building on the success of its Recharge marketing campaign with the introduction of two new flagship Beautyrest lines, Recharge and Recharge World Class.
Gel foams are featured in many of the new models. The new lines, debuting at this week's Las Vegas Market, replace the former Beautyrest Classic and Elite lines.
Simmons said all of its Beautyrest models will now carry a limited warranty of 25 years, up from the 10 years that had been the norm in the Beautyrest line.
Simmons officials said that both collections combine the conforming back support of Beautyrest Pocketed Coil springs with the cool sleeping comfort of Aircool and gel foams to bring the consumer "Recharging Sleep."
Simmons introduced its Recharge marketing campaign a year ago, saying that its beds help consumers "recharge" to get ready for a new day.
The Beauty-rest Recharge models retailing from $699 to $1,299 will feature 800 density Pocketed Coil springs, Aircool and GelTouch foams.
Beautyrest Recharge World Class models starting at $1,399 feature 1,000 density Beautyrest Pocketed Coil springs and TruTemp Gel, which absorbs, stores and releases excessive warmth to help keep the sleeper in a comfortable temperature zone, officials said.
The Recharge World Class line offers Aircool memory foam in models retailing from $1,399 to $1,599, while models retailing from $1,799 to $1,999 will feature Aircool memory foam with Micro Gel- Touch, another gel design.
Additionally, four high-end models retailing from $1,799 to $1,999 feature 2,000 density Pocketed Coil springs and Pocketed MicroCoils. The Mi-croCoils provide enhanced pressure relief with a luxurious feel, the company said.
There are 14 models in the Beautyrest Recharge line, retailing from $699 to $1,299. There are also 14 models in the Beautyrest Recharge World Class line, retailing from $1,399 to $1,999.
