Concerts, mixers round out social events

HIGH POINT - Social events at this month's High Point Market start with a prayer and end with some doughnuts, with plenty of opportunities for networking and relaxation in between.

Friday, April 20
7-8 a.m. - Furniture Fellowship Prayer Breakfast. Nido Qubein, president of High Point University, will deliver the keynote message, "From Success to Significance." 6-10 p.m. - City of Hope Spirit of Life award dinner. City of Hope's 2012 Spirit of Life honorees are Jeff Seaman and Bob Sherman, CEOs of Rooms To Go and Serta. Both have raised funds and heightened awareness for City of Hope within the National Home Furnishings Industry.
