Staff Staff -- Furniture Today, September 19, 2003
Sure Fit has tapped Lloyd (+ co) to fashion the branding for its ready-made slipcovers and extensions into bedding and window.
The high-end fashion and beauty house, whose clients include Tommy Hilfiger, Gucci, Yves Saint Laurent, Movado and Cole Haan, will highlight Sure Fit's "stylish yet simple" approach to home decorating in television and print ads to begin appearing January 2004.
"We are crossing lines and breaking new boundaries with our product and marketing initiatives," said Bert Shlensky, president and ceo of Sure Fit. "We've continually paved our own way in the home furnishings arena and expect that with the support of Lloyd (+ co) we will propel our brand to the next level."
Sure Fit is expected to spend $13 million on advertising in 2003, with similar budgets set for 2004.
