LAS VEGAS - SEI is offering a wide range of home furnishings space and storage solutions to a targeted consumer base at the summer Las Vegas Market.
The theme of the home furnishings and decorative accessories importer's introductions is Lifestyles-Covered, and includes pieces under new merchandising brands, according to Jim Schmidt, senior vice president of marketing and merchandising.
The intros cover a range of lifestyles and focus on wireless charging in home office, youth storage and bar entertainment.
About 15 Glamorize storage and organization furniture pieces will be shown. They can be freestanding, placed over a door, wall mounted or modular.
"This new category is the result of trend research that indicated that while women would love a place to organize their jewelry, make up and various fashion accessories, they do not necessarily want to hide them," Schmidt said.
SEI is also offering a direct container specialty bedding program called my Cloud. It is for online shoppers who want an adjustable bed, memory foam mattress and pillows - all under one brand - and want it delivered together within days, not weeks, he said.
Adding to its lineup of pieces that feature wine bottle storage or display, SEI has about 12 new Bar Entertainment pieces.
"We have experienced a tremendous amount of success with virtually every item that features wine bottle storage or display. We are expanding on this to the extent of creating a new product category that leverages the trend of more at home socializing," Schmidt said.
In home office, the company is offering wireless charging for mobile technology in two new desks. It's also offering chargeable task lamps that can be moved throughout homes and can be loaded with three hours of light.
"These products truly exemplify what SEI is all about - finding products or services where we can make a difference," Schmidt said.
The company also is re launching more than 50 items in its Holly & Martin curated collection, which includes multifunctional solutions for small space living.
The products are designed to furnish spaces for millennial females and all pieces coordinate to help digital shoppers better shape surroundings to their personality, Schmidt said.
Additionally, SEI is introducing more than 120 new items in its SEI brand across the 17 product categories it supplies direct to- consumer customers.
