Will raise funds for City of Hope

HIGH POINT - Southern Chill, a band loaded with furniture industry talent, will rock the house at McPherson's Tuesday evening to raise funds for City of Hope, the California-based medical research and treatment center.
The festivities will get under way beginning at 8 p.m. at the bar and grill, located at 5710 High Point Road in Greensboro, N.C.
"The furniture industry does an incredible job supporting the City of Hope, which focuses on cancer and other life-threatening diseases," said Ray Allegrezza, one of the guitarists for Southern Chill and the editor-in-chief of Furniture/Today. "Playing for a great cause like this with some great fellow musicians from the industry has become one of my market highlights."
Southern Chill also features Mike Cox and Chuck Welch, both with Klaussner Furniture; Rusty Coleman, formerly with Klaussner; Earl Austin of Austin Photography, and Brian Cooper.
