MONTREAL — Home furnishings importer and manufacturer Primo International has announced two new initiatives on the eve of the Las Vegas Market.
The first is its new Las Vegas showroom in the World Market Center, space C-1212. According to John DeFalco, senior executive vice president of sales and marketing, the new 20,000-square-foot showroom is twice the size of its former location in Building B.
DeFalco also said the company has opened a 50,000-square-foot regional warehouse in Columbus, Ohio, to complement the company's other warehouses in Montreal, Vancouver, British Columbia, and Los Angeles.
“The Ohio facility will allow us to quick-ship to our dealers with stores in the Midwest, Western states and Southeast,” DeFalco said. Currently, the company's assortment in mattresses, dining collections, upholstery, occasional furniture and accent furniture are all part of the quick-ship program.
“Both the larger showroom and the additional warehouse became mandatory as a result of our growing business and expanded product lineups,” DeFalco said.
