New York — GMAC Commercial Finance has promoted three employees in its Commercial Services Division, which provides factoring and other financial services to furniture and other industries.
Frank Drucker has been promoted to senior vice president/deputy divisional credit officer from his former position as senior vice president/wholesale and furniture credit manager.
Marina Davelman and Jonathan Schuldenfrei were named assistant vice presidents for the Northeast Portfolio Management Team. Previously, they were management associates.
ST. Catherines, Ontario — Home furnishings and giftware online overstock shopping site Retailbuyers.com has hired Daryl Kleiman as vice president sales and marketing.
In this newly created position, Kleiman will manage and develop U.S. distribution, as well as evaluate the company's advertising, marketing and other strategic opportunities.
Most recently, Kleiman was vice president of retail sales with Forcht Group of Kentucky, and previously was senior vice president of merchandising at FurnitureFind.com.

High Point — McNeill Communications Group has named Anne Wear vice president of media relations.
She is responsible for overseeing media relations, strategic event planning and client research for the agency. Before joining McNeill, Wear worked for 10 years at agencies Quixote Group and Trone Public Relations as well as with a local television station.

Norville Inds.
Dalton, Ga. — Norville Inds., a textile and carpet industry components supplier, has added Pamela Brady-Proesch to its sales and marketing team in response to its expanding customer base, increasing sales and territory restructuring.
Brady-Proesch will be national sales manager for the upholstery division and will be part of the Georgia, Tennessee and North Carolina regional sales team.
She reports to Cathy Amos, Norville's president.
Most recently, Brady-Proesch was director of merchandising for Jackson Furniture Inds. Earlier, she worked at Clayton Marcus, Sealy/Stearns & Foster, Lackawanna Leather and Conso Products.
R&A Marketing
Granville, Ohio — Furniture industry sales and marketing firm R&A Marketing has added two retail, marketing and communications veterans to its staff.
Sandy Manfrey, a graphic designer for 20 years who has worked with companies including Cleveland retailers Fish Furniture and Kronheim's, has been named creative director. She will be responsible for developing and producing print, direct mail, Web and broadcast campaigns for R&A's Independent Retail network. She replaces Ali Olasin Scott, who has left the company.
Carl Manfrey, most recently with HGA Advertising in Columbus, Ohio, has been named account representative. He is a 25-year advertising veteran who has created successful marketing campaigns and led product launches, according to R&A.
R&A Marketing, which serves independent home furnishings retailers, has a nationwide network of clients.
