Technical foam conference set
More than 1,200 expected to attend

ARLINGTON, Va. — Furniture and bedding manufacturers interested in new developments regarding foams made of renewable resources, as well as viscoelastic foams and flame retardant technology, may want to attend the Polyurethanes 2008 Technical Conference sponsored by the Center for the Polyurethanes Industry of the American Chemistry Council.
The Sept. 29-Oct. 1 conference in San Antonio will include more than 100 technical papers and poster presentations, educational seminars, the annual Innovation Awards and a polyurethane professional development program. The association expects the conference to attract more than 1,200 people from 40 countries.
