Hickory Springs redesigns Web site

New slogan: "Tradition, Innovation and Performance Worldwide"

Staff Staff -- Furniture Today, August 20, 2008

HICKORY, N.C. - Components supplier Hickory Springs has launched a redesigned Web site that officials say reflects the company's global scope and highlights its environmentally responsible products and practices.

"Our new Web site allows the user to navigate with ease," said Dwayne Welch, executive vice president of sales and marketing. "It is designed to express the impact of Hickory Springs' new world view as a leader in the manufacture and supply of products for an increasingly diverse range of industries in the United States and abroad. Hickory Springs is reaching out to become a major player in the international marketplace."

The site at www.hickorysprings.com also launches a new slogan that embraces Hickory Springs' focus: "Tradition, Innovation and Performance Worldwide."

"Tradition recognizes the fact that Hickory Springs has more than 64 years of industrial manufacturing experience," said Welch. "Innovation expresses our focus on creating revolutionary new products such as our Preserve line of bio-based foams. Performance reinforces Hickory Springs' hard-earned and long-standing reputation for standing by the quality of our products and services. And finally, worldwide emphasizes our ambition and commitment to being a leader and responsible member in the global market place."
