Spring Air appoints Steve Cumbow COO
Cumbow to oversee finance, manufacturing and supply chain management

TAMPA, Fla. - Spring Air has appointed Steve Cumbow chief operating officer, effective immediately.Cumbow joined Spring Air full time in June as its chief financial officer after a brief period as a consultant. In addition to overseeing the finance department, he adds manufacturing and supply chain management to his portfolio.
"In a few short months, Steve has made a tremendous contribution to our senior leadership team and to our company," said Spring Air CEO Bob Hellyer.
Before joining Spring Air, Cumbow was a vice president with American Capital Strategies and had been working with Spring Air on a number of finance and business matters.
Cumbow replaces former CFO Ron Lueptow, who has left the company.
Before joining American Capital, Cumbow was CFO of Coverall North America, a commercial cleaning franchisor. Prior to that, he was vice president and CFO of SIRVA's Moving Services division, which included North American Van Lines, Allied Van Lines and Global Van Lines.
