England opens six new Custom Comfort Centers

NEW TAZEWELL, Tenn. — Custom upholstery manufacturer England has opened six Custom Comfort Centers in the United States and Canada. Each of the new galleries is 4,000 square feet and features custom upholstery and leather furniture from the La-Z-Boy subsidiary.
Foothills Furniture, owned by Dale and Cheryl Meade, has opened a 15,000-square-foot store in Sevierville, Tenn., that includes a Custom Comfort Center. Foothills Furniture also has a second location in Gatlinburg, Tenn.
Kozan's Countrywide, of Regina, Saskatchewan, has placed a gallery in its 25,000-square-foot store, which opened in 2001. Owned by Konrad Kozan, Kazan's Countrywide has been in business since 1952 and is one of the founding members of the Countrywide group.
Eynon Furniture, of Wilkes Barre, Pa., has opened a gallery in its 30,000-square-foot store. Owner Joseph Rinkunas has been in the furniture business for more than 25 years and has carried England furniture for 20 years.
Phyl's Furniture in West Olympia, Wash., has opened its third Custom Comfort Center. The 15,000-square-foot store is owned by Milo Bloss, and Phyl's has been in business for 34 years.
Gary Moore has opened England galleries in his Moores Furniture stores in Pottstown and Uwchland, Pa. The Pottstown location is 32,000 square feet, and the Uwchland location is 40,000 square feet. Moores, founded in 1962, is a second-generation family-owned business.
England has been in business for more than 40 years.
