Sunpan doubles space for Market

Las Vegas - Case goods and upholstery resource Sunpan Modern Home is more than doubling its space for the Las Vegas Market, enabling it to increase its assortment of new and inline goods shown here.
At the Jan. 26-30 show, theCanadian company will occupy15,000 square feet in WorldMarket Center B-700, whichwas formerly occupied by OrientExpress.
Sunpan previously showed inother spaces on the same floor.Orient Express is now showing inspace B-680.
"Our new location, whichis near the escalators and elevators,should give us much greaterexposure," said Katherine Kalen,Sunpan's marketing director. "Theadditional space provides us withroom to show a much broaderassortment of our products,presented in a series of lifestyle displaysthat retailers and designerswill find very engaging."
The company said it will showits new Club collection of contemporaryand modern classic designsas well as a new dining and occasionalgroup made with mixedmedia combinations of wood andconcrete.
Sunpan will hold a ribboncutting ceremony at its new spaceat 3 p.m. Jan. 27. This will befollowed by a Black and Whitelaunch party inspired by thecompany's recent introductionof black and white original artdesigns. It will feature champagne,hors d'oeuvres and desserts servedat the showroom's expanded bararea.
