Linon to unveil 3 collections in Atlanta

MINEOLA, N.Y. - Linon Home Décor Products will introduce three new area rug collections during the Jan. 7-14 Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market and Atlanta International Area Rug Market.
     Linon shares its Building 1 6-G- 12 showroom with Powell.
     The Roma collection, power loomed of polypropylene in Turkey, features 15 transitional designs with hand-carved details in a number of colors and retails for $199 for a 5 by 8.
     Officials call rugs from the Elegance collection the finest $99 5 by 8 rugs in the market. With more than 40 designs available, the heat-set polypropylene rugs are available in traditional, transitional and contemporary designs.
     Linon's Moroccan collection of rugs retail at $149 for a 5 by 8 and are replicas of vintage Moroccan designs. The dense medium shags come in two tones per rug.
     Linon also will show its full stocking warehouse collection featuring upholstery, kitchen carts and kitchen seating, barstools, and accent furniture. All Linon furniture is warehoused in California and is ready-to-assemble.
     Powell will double its presence in the shared showroom to more than 4,000 square feet to feature the Bombay Heritage collection. Powell will be displaying its 100-square-foot Bombay Heritage boutique, which features only Bombay furniture, accents and rugs where the retailer is supported with a catalog, along with in-store advertising.
     Along with the boutique, Powell will display more than 50 licensed Bombay Heritage area rugs, including new chenille rugs with matching chenille pillows. There will also be a full collection of Bombay Jewelry Boxes.
