Shaw Living to offer Angela Adams rugs
Will roll out line in Atlanta in January

DALTON, Ga. — Shaw Living will introduce rugs by designer Angela Adams at the International Rug Market in Atlanta Jan. 7-12.Adams, based in Portland, Maine, has made high-end rugs for the design community and is known for signature looks in organic and geometric patterns. Her core business is hand-tufted cotton and wool luxury rugs.
The licensing agreement with Shaw will introduce her designs to a wider audience.
"Angela Adams products will enhance the Shaw Living mix in a way that will be exclusive to Shaw and the rug market," said Neil Hegwood, Shaw Living's creative director. "Our team is proud to introduce this collaboration with such a powerful and beautiful brand essence."
The Angela Adams collection of contemporary designs will be machine-woven in the United States with Shaw's Evertouch nylon. Evertouch nylon is recycled from rugs and carpet back into nylon at the company's Evergreen Nylon Recycling Facility in Augusta, Ga. To date, Shaw has recycled more than 100 million pounds of post-consumer nylon carpet.
Shaw Contract Group and Adams have an existing partnership for broadloom carpet and carpet tiles for the hospitality and contract market.
Shaw Living will show the Angela Adams collection in its AmericasMart showroom, suite 6A2, at the Atlanta market.
