Candice Olson designing rug line for Surya
Will debut at High Point Market

CALHOUN, Ga. — Surya and designer Candice Olson have signed a licensing agreement for Olson to develop an exclusive collection of rugs for Surya.Olson will meet and greet customers from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 21, in Surya's High Point Market showroom in Showplace, space 3233.
The new collection will include18 designs expressing Olson's signature style combining timelessness with a contemporary edge. The rugs are hand-tufted of New Zealand wool with viscose highlights, and the patterns are graphic and flowing in a wide range of warm to cool color palettes.
Olson's home furnishings lines, in addition to rugs, include upholstered furniture, wall coverings, lighting, case goods and occasional furniture. Other licensing partners include AF Lighting, Kravet Fabrics, Norwalk Furniture, Revco International Furniture, York Wallcovering, Thermador, Silestone and Paragon Wall Decor.
