PLAINVIEW, N.Y. — Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate has expanded with a new office in Wellington, Fla., and new representation in Southern California and other key markets across the country.
The Wellington office is managed by Barry Fienberg, a licensed Florida broker. In Southern California, Feinblum is working with Klaus Tabar, a licensed broker in the state working out of Lake Forest, Calif.
Both have longtime real estate experience as well as furniture retail experience.
Feinberg's family owned and operated the former five-store Ashmont Home Furniture in the Boston market before moving to Florida eight years ago. Tabar was senior vice president of real estate and construction for the former Krause's Furniture and director of real estate for Castro Convertibles.
In addition, David Hale has rejoined Feinblum and will handle a number of major markets, including more than 30 markets in 23 states connected to Feinblum's new affiliation with Realty Resources, a national real estate networking organization comprised of independent retail property brokerage firms.
"This is an exciting time for our firm," said Julius Feinblum, owner of Feinblum, which specializes in furniture industry real estate. "We have expanded, increasing what we can offer to our clients in key markets throughout the United States."
