HICKSVILLE, N.Y. — Rug manufacturer Kalaty Rug Corp. is introducing Ultra, a new custom Tibetan weave rug program that includes 40 new, exclusive patterns.

The range of designs in the initiative encompasses updated floral patterns, classic grillwork, Greek key motifs and several contemporary graphic designs.

"The Ultra program offers our dealers great product plus a valuable service to pass on to their customers," said Ariel Kalaty, a company spokesman. "In this age of customization, standard-size rugs are not always what customers are looking for, so Ultra provides our dealers with an alternative to offer to their customers. This is a program that we are very excited about, and we will continue to add new designs and colors to this program in the future."

The Ultra program - created for rug stores and furniture stores as well as for designers - offers dealers a broad choice of patterns and colors that can be ordered in any custom size in the customer's choice of pattern and yarn type.

Customers choose from three materials for their rugs - 100% premium wool, a combination of wool and Silkette or 100% Silkette - and the rugs are available in short lead times with no upcharge for customization.

When a dealer purchases 10 or more 2 by 3 samples, a waterfall display rack is included at no charge along with the samples.
