Latex International hires continuous improvement VP

Cherie Bragg has experience in improving business practices

SHELTON, Conn. — Latex International said Cherie Bragg has joined the company in the newly created position of vice president of operations, continuous improvement.

Her responsibilities include helping employees identify opportunities for streamlining internal business practices with a focus on eliminating workplace waste. She reports to LI President and CEO Dave Fisher.

Bragg has more than a decade's experience in helping companies gain greater operational efficiency. She has experience improving critical business practices and managing processes of creating and implementing companywide strategic plans, including the establishment of appropriate metrics to track performance.

Prior to joining Latex International, Bragg was responsible for implementing a lean manufacturing program at W.W. Grainger, and before that she was director of operations at Alliance Energy Solutions.
