Mega donates to Ronald McDonald House charities

TORONTO - In a promotional collaboration with bedding major Sealy Canada, the 112 members of Brand Source Canada raised C$25,000 in support of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Canada last year.
The funds were presented during the recent Canadian Home Furnishings Market here.
Brand Source Canada is the primary go-to-market strategy for the Saskatoon, Saskatchewan-based Mega Group and operates about 143 stores.
The group has supported RMHCC since 2007. The charity's Ronald McDonald Houses and Ronald McDonald Family Rooms provide support to families of seriously ill children to enable them to stay close to where the children are receiving medical treatment. This donation will provide over 200 nights of comfort over the coming months.
Over the past three years, Sealy Canada has given over C$175,000 in donations and product to RMHCC. The company has supplied every Ronald McDonald House in Canada with Sealy Posturepedic mattresses.
The latest donation was raised from the sale of every RMHCC branded Posturepedic mattress by a Brand Source Canada member store over the past year.
