Armen names James Sperrazza EVP sales, marketing

Los Angeles - James Sperrazza has been named executive vice president of sales and marketing for Armen Living, an importer and manufacturer of contemporary furniture.
     Sperrazza, who has more than 40 years of leadership experience in the industry, will be in charge of sales management and product development.
     "I'm very happy that Jim has joined us," said Kevin Kevonian, president of Armen Living. "In the 15 years that I've known him he has always impressed me as a person of high caliber, and I have no doubt that his skills and expertise will accelerate our growth plans."
     Sperrazza worked at Houston-based retailer Finger Furniture as executive vice president of merchandising and marketing for 15 years. After that he moved to China to work for Markor Home Furnishings as vice president of merchandising and marketing, helping the manufacturer open furniture stores in China under several different concepts.
     At Armen, Sperrazza is filling a position that has been vacant for a year. He reports to Kevonian.
