Kearns, Britt join Four Hands

AUSTIN, Texas — Case goods and leather upholstery importer Four Hands has hired a chief operating officer and a director of marketing.
Jerome Kearns, the new chief operating officer, most recently was vice president of worldwide operations and service for Austin-based Motion Computing, a computer company that Kearns helped establish and grow to $100 million in sales. Earlier, he was with Dell Computer.
Keith Britt has been named director of marketing, a position that has been open for the past several months.
He most recently operated a marketing and communications consulting firm in Nashville, Tenn., and earlier was vice president of marketing for accent furniture importer John-Richard.
Kearns and Britt report to President Matt Briggs. Until recently, Briggs held the role of chief operating officer. He will now focus on sales, product development and marketing.
