Mitchell Gold discusses book on ‘Charlie Rose'
‘Crisis' describes struggles of growing up gay in America

NEW YORK — Mitchell Gold, chairman of upholstery producer Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, was on "Charlie Rose" Thursday discussing the book he co-edited, "Crisis: 40 Stories Revealing the Personal, Social and Religious Pain and Trauma of Growing Up Gay in America."
Rose and Gold delved into Gold's own trials and the support he received for the book from contributors including U.S. Rep. Barney Frank and Richard Chamberlain.
