IRVINE, Calif. — Avatar Partners, a producer of supply chain and financial software, has formed a partnership with TradeCard that the companies say will allow retailers and manufacturers to improve margins and cash flow.
Avatar will provide support to the TradeCard Platform, a Web-based product that helps customers synchronize financial transactions with physical events in the global supply chain.
“Avatar's supply chain operations and systems integration proficiency is a key addition to our network's growing portfolio of services and strategic alliances,” said TradeCard President Guy Rey-Herme.
The system automates processes from purchase order through settlement, which reduces administrative overhead and reduces errors, he said.
